In addition to his carved paintings, from time to time Jean-Claude Gaugy also paints original works on paper and does some hand printmaking. His prints are created from plates he carves into wood and printing presses he builds by hand. Each print is hand painted and no two are alike. Editions are very small and all pieces are accompanied with descriptions of the process and extensive certifications signed by the artist.
